Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

When doing the submission is necessary to fill the checklist and ensure the following:

A) The article is original and has not been published previously or been previously submitted to another journal

B) The document is in Word format and meets the style and bibliographic requirements outlined in these standards.

C) The work must address researches in the area of specialization of the journal: Social Sciences, Humanities, Education, Information Sciences and Social Communication, may be these theoretical or empirical studies of sectors / cases of local, regional order and international.

All submissions will be subject to anti-plagiarism control. The file corresponding revision and control file and anti-plagiarism software used will be remited to the author.

All papers are subject to an initial evaluation by the Editor and the Editorial Committee (comprised of experts in the various fields of knowledge), after approval referees are assigned, so the Editorial Committee reserves the right to publish articles that meet the publication criteria established by the Journal.


Papers that exceed this assessment will be refereed by experts in the area of knowledge, specifically by the method of "blind peers."

To publish two positive evaluations of the same should be obtained, even when submitting corrections. Upon review of the respective referees (not to exceed 4 weeks) is communicated to the author or authors, or the necessary corrections required by the referees should be accepted.

The work was presented in Spanish.

The abstract should additionally be translated to English with an extension between two hundred (200) and three hundred (300) words; also must contain three (3) to five (5) keywords in each.

The abstract should contain: objective, methodology and findings.

The scope of work will be accepted between 15 and 25 pages, with a font Times New Roman, Arial 12 points, 1.5 line spacing transcribed space.

On the first page it is necessary to attach a photograph of the author, passport size, front view, white background (essential), indicating name and surname of the author, workplace, country and email address.

The general structure of the content of the articles shall be as follows:

summary

introduction

development

Results (depending on the type of research)

conclusions

References.

If you must check what kind of scientific production is ship out.

It is important to list the sections and subsections, putting the titles in bold and left aligned with the title type format.

If there Explanatory Notes, no references are made to the footer. Mathematical symbols and formulas should be made with the respective function in the text editor or program support.

The graphs, charts and images must have their title and source, should be required to be submitted in additional files.

Should be written in third person singular (impersonal), have proper punctuation and spelling errors lacking, keeping the balance in the structure of paragraphs.

References cited in the text should appear in the list of references at the end of work (and vice versa)

Note carefully that all references are identified, the spelling of names of authors appropriate and that the dates given in the text are the same as those in the references.

Avoid quotes from unreliable sources, especially in cases of internet.

Appointments will be in APA format.

Similarly, the references should be written in alphabetical order by first author and hanging indent. Multiple references by the same author (or identical group of authors) are sorted by year of publication, if the year of publication is also the same, diferencíelos writing a letter a, b, c, etc., after the year format to be used likewise in dating.

Refrain from sending items in format thesis, dissertation results may be adapted and transformed into articles, but documents will not be accepted without the proper treatment and improvement.

This set of rules may change with time, therefore, the changes made in it, will be published in accordance with its implementation date.

Items that are selected for publication will not receive any financial remuneration or otherwise.

They only deliver proof of publication signed by the publisher, should be requested.

To reproduce the material published by the journal, the author requires express permission of the editorial board of the publication.

The authors of the articles on institutions, bodies and agencies of the National, State or Municipal Power; shall submit a letter of authorization signed and stamped by the agency involved in this publication, which will be the sole responsibility of the author and not of the journal Publishing

TYPES OF SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION:

1. Peer reviewed articles

Means productions with primary status as empirical research reports in which, disclosed the progress and results, general or partial, of original research in any area of the humanities, education, social education and communication management , language and educational computing, which have not been published previously.

The structure of refereed articles must meet the following standards:

Title

Summary (Spanish and English)

Introduction, presenting the problem or object of study and research objectives.

The theories in which the research work is based.

Methods with which we worked on the research.

Results obtained in the investigation.

Conclusions. Discussion and argument interpretation of results.

Bibliographic references

2. Tests or review articles

The essay is a literary genre in which the author expresses his personal beliefs, combining overlapping way scientific knowledge and artistic creativity.

It is based on the research and academic exercises presented in writing stating briefly the writer's thoughts regarding a specific area of knowledge.

This type of publication that shares with science, one of its main purposes is to further explore the reality to approximate the truth which refers either to a person, object, event or circumstance particular phenomenon or social standing, for simple speech but with high linguistic level commensurate with the type of reader to which it is addressed.

Includes works: meta-analysis and critical evaluation of previous research literature on any area of study in the humanities, education, educational management, social communication and educational computing.

Such work should preferably provide the state of knowledge of the object of study; or, allow identification of relations, contradictions or inconsistencies and propose solutions for further studies.

Structure of the Essays or review articles:

It has no pre-established pattern as it depends on the rationality of the author but the text should be characterized by coherence and cohesion, based on a speech research-reflective considering the bibliographic history of the topic ie consists of investigating the knowledge generated by other researchers.

3. Theoretical articles

They are works in which literary themes or theories about human sciences, education, social communication management education, language training and educational computing are analyzed.

Contribute to the advancement of knowledge and / or practice in any area of this field.

In this type of work, the author traces the development of the theory to expand or refine theoretical constructs and practical proposals.

Typically, in such articles, the author presents a new theory, but can also analyze the consistencies and inconsistencies of existing theories.

The theoretical structure of items is similar to that used in review articles.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
